Embrace’s meeting in Paris

July 6, 2023| news

In June, the Embrace project held a in-person meeting in Paris, where representatives of the Consortium gathered to discuss the state of the art and plan the following steps to be taken, ahead of the last 6 months of the activities’ implementation. The focus of the collective reflection was on the outcomes of the co-projecting sessions – during which  decision-makers and newcomers designed together  potential new integration policies and tools – and on the dissemination activities to be put in place over the next months.

The meeting was followed by a 2-days training involving the participants of the  Emerging Leaders Training Program ( who are part of the so-called Migrant local taskforces- MILTs), developed and held by our french partner Place Network.

The training is a learning  journey to develop the vision of newcomers on how how they want to contribute to strategic networks and leading organizations.  They learnt to apply best practices in the public leadership sector in practical, real-world situations. They also nurtured their sense of initiative to make their mark in their future work environments.

The Emerging Leaders programs foresees  the chance, for the participants, to join an internship in a public entity, located where they live, starting from September 2023.
